PMRS-104 Features

Portable system

The PMRS-104 unit is a handheld wearable solution (5 x 10 x 3.5 cm), and is designed and optimized for wireless cellular networks (3G/ 4G).

One HDMI Video Input Port

The unit features one HDMI video input channel port. Cameras like GoPro and Contour can be connected to the unit with an HDMI cable for live video streaming.

Wi-Fi Module

A WiFi module is available on demand

Audio over HDMI

PMRS-104 supports Audio over HDMI input

GPS Tracking

The unit has a built-in GPS Receiver which provides accurate GPS co-ordinates. The system features a variety of GPS functions such as: Live GPS tracking/ map recording/ GPS alarms/ speed tracking/ satelite and coordinates information.

Battery

The unit has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery of 4200mAh.

Video Compression

The system uses a high performance video codec (H.264), allowing to stream live video at high quality over wireless mobile networks with low latency.

Dual Video Encoders

PMRS-104 has dual video encoders which allows the unit to live stream and record video at separate bit rates and frame rates. This feature can help with reducing mobile data consumption. Frame rate sum from active encoders is limited to 30 fps.

Cellular Module

The unit has a cellular module with capabilities: LTE, HSPA, UMTS, EDGE and GPRS. The unit requires a SIM card with data enabled to operate.

Recording

The unit's live video/ audio/ GPS streams can be recorded inside the unit on a Micro SD card, remotely on the server, or from any location gloabally using MRS monitoring clients (PC's, Laptops, smart phones) via the internet.

Visual Motion Detection

The PMRS-104 has built-in Visual Motion Detection (VMD), which can be activated on any camera connected to the unit and can be set to trigger a variety of actions, such as video streaming, recording and SMS.

GPIO

The PMRS-104 has 4 built-in GPIO ports: 2 Input Sensors, 2 Output Switches, 12V trigger. The device is also equipped with an Accelerometer sensor. The GPIO ports can be set to trigger video streaming, recording and sending text messages. Wakeup from sleep mode is possible with 12v trigger and accelerometer.

PTZ Control

The PMRS-104 has built-in RS-485 ports (T+/ T-) which support PTZ cameras using Pelco-D and Visca protocols. The system allows you to control the Pan, Tilt and Zoom functions of the supported PTZ camera, live from any location.

SMS

The unit can send SMS alerts to any number of mobile phones, as a result of various alarms being triggered such as: VMD and GPIO/ Alarm Button. Supported mobile phones can also receive images of the video stream.

Automatic Bandwidth Control

The unit features automatic bandwidth control, which will automatically decrease the bit rate and frame rate of the video channel (if they are set too high), in order to support the mobile network bandwidth.

Alarm Button

The unit has a built-in alarm-button which can be pressed by personnel in the case of an event or emergency. The Alarm Button can be set to trigger a variety of actions such as: video streaming, recording and others.

Storage

The PMRS-104 has a Micro SD slot for the onboard device. video/ audio recording. The unit also includes built-in memory storage of 128MB.

Ethernet

The PMRS unit has an Ethernet interface which can be used for streaming live media. An Ethernet cable is included with the unit.

Encryption Capabilities

The PMRS system supports secure data transfer encryption (TLS) between the unit, server and any clients in the network. Recorded files can be encrypted as well.

Low Power

PMRS-104 uses low power and has a 5V-15V DC power input for charging. The unit can easily be connected to an external solar power source as well.

Accelerometer

PMRS has a built-in accelerometer sensor. The accelerometer can wake up the device from sleep mode.

BlueTooth

PMRS-104 has built-in BlueTooth interface for configuration
